Christmas bundles for expecting moms in Igloolik

In November 2020, One Plane Away was contacted by a Community Health Nurse in Igloolik. They were doing a prenatal food program for the pregnant moms in the community for Christmas.

They asked us if we were able to donate anything to this program, and we sure did thanks to all of our supporters!

We were able to put together 45 bundles that included a blanket, burp cloth, receiving blanket, onesie, 5 diapers, 5 pads, 10 nursing pads, and a soother.

Here are a few pictures of what the bundles looked like, as well as the foods the families received for Christmas through this program. We are so grateful we were able to contribute and we are looking forward to doing similar things in the future!
